Data Deletion

You can delete your CourtOracle account and all associated data (your voice recordings, transcripts, AI coaching analysis, goals, opponents, and profile) at any time, using either method below.

1. Delete in the app (instant)

• Open the CourtOracle app.
• Go to the Account page (Settings).
• Tap "Delete Account" and confirm.

This permanently removes your account and all associated data from our systems.

2. Request by email

Email kaden@court-oracle.com from the address on your account with the subject line "Delete my data." We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days and confirm by email.

3. What gets deleted

Your account, voice recordings, transcripts, AI coaching analysis, goals, opponents, and profile data stored in our systems, and we stop sharing your advertising identifiers with advertising partners. Some records may be retained where required by law, as described in our Privacy Policy.
